Are you COMPLETELY SURE Asseylum-hime are dead?
I mean… If you get shot in your HEAD you usually have blood on your face or your hair, at least… And, well, a dead body doesn’t sweat.

You may or may not know that Neon Genesis Evangelion takes place between July 6th, 2015 to January 1st, 2016. Here’s an exhaustive breakdown of the exact dates of events, using the times provided by the show and per character dialogue. Some noteworthy finds:
Kaworu met Shinji on Christmas Eve, and died on Christmas Day.
The median amount of time between angel attacks is 11 days.
Toji lost his left leg on Halloween.
Kaji died a day before Misato’s 30th birthday.
Shinji is “birthed” from Unit-01 a day after Asuka’s 14th birthday.
- The first half of End of Evangelion takes place on Toji’s 15th birthday, one day after Kaworu’s death.
The general skeleton for the first few months was graciously compiled here. Note that in Japan, schools are in session (half-days) on Saturdays.

At first I though this was a joke
Don’t ignore this Tumblr
Yet they still do even when it’s right in their face.
This reminds me of how a friend of mine was abused by the mother of his child. She was mentally unstable and used to berate him constantly and would smack him in the head all the time. It really pissed me off. Then one night she threw hot coffee in his face and tried to stab him with a screwdriver. The cops hauled him off to jail because she made up a sob story that painted herself as the victim.
Once he left her, he stayed with me and it was a nightmare. She stalked him and me. She would drive by my house obsessively at all hours of the day and night (her muffler made a weird sound so I know it was her). She started showing up at my job, showing up at the places I frequented around town, and filling up my voicemail with dead air. The cops were no help.
One day she got bold enough to talk her way into my home by conning my elderly grandmother, whom I was taking care of, while I was out. She went in my room and went through my stuff (creepy), then found him napping on the couch and attacked him. My grandmother witnessed the whole thing. He grabbed her by the arms, forced her out the front door, and locked it. The cops were called again. They said they’d go and ‘talk’ to her.
The next day we were watching a movie and there was a knock at the door. The police had come to arrest him. She filed a complaint against him and shown off some bruises on her arms from the altercation that she swore were completely unprovoked. My grandmother saw the whole thing since she was in the living room too and testified on his behalf. He still ended up serving jail time.
No one takes male domestic violence victims seriously. They only see males as perpetrators.
Please, if you witness abuse, no matter WHO the recipient is, report it. If someone you know if being abused (not just physically - in any way) help them. Connect them to resources. Gender doesn’t matter in this case - no one deserves to be abused.

This dog was seen in the preview of the chapter 12. It’s an animal you usually see everywhere, but..you know, this isn’t a normal dog. This is an australian dog. Yes, a dog. From Australia. And this dog, is in an anime called Free, so sure it means something. And that’s what I am going to explain today.
We (September Scanlations) have blocked Japanese IPs from being able to access our website (such as our scanlation site, our doujinshi site, our shopping site, etc.) because of problems with authors stumbling across their work being hosted and asking for it to be removed.
We do that when asked, but we would rather keep it up for everyone to enjoy, since that’s the only way 99.9% of people in fandom can enjoy these pieces—so we’re making it more difficult for authors to realize their work is being shared outside of Japan (since most are very unhappy knowing that non-Japanese people are reading their stuff).
This also helps us keep off the radar of publishing companies who might object to our posting manga scanlations.
The vast majority of our readers come from outside of Japan, so very few people should be affected, and if anyone has been mistakenly blocked, it’s easy enough to add them to the whitelist ^^
you’re blocking artists of their right to have control over where their art is posted? this is REALLY disrespectful and i hope you realise it too and stop doing it. if the artist wants their art removed somewhere, then REMOVE IT. as an artist myself i would take deep offense if this was done to me, my rights to my own work would be taken away from me. i understand you want to make the works for everyone to enjoy but that’s not really for you to decide if the artists say otherwise. even if you publish art on a public domain it does not mean you should steal the work without asking for permission because you’re able to do it.
you’re discriminating the rights of artists to their own work, please stop doing this.
5 September 2014: Sousuke’s…
Darling: “Kakeru-san! Look at this!!”
Kakeru: “This is!?”
Darling: “I once overheard director Utsumi muttering about this picture she drew and I borrowed it! Sousuke’s holding a pig!”
Kakeru: “It sounds like Sousuke is hungry!? Run away, piggy!”
Darling: “His eyes look like he’s completely in the mood to eat it, huh…”
Kakeru: “By the way, he did eat it in the second episode, right.”
Darling: “Ah, at that time he was eating it fried. I guess he likes it.”
Kakeru: “A city boy, huh.”
Darling: “So he’s a bit superstitious at competing*, how very much like Sousuke!”
Kakeru: “Now I want to eat after talking about this~”
Darling: “Well, let’s go out and eat~!”
Kakeru: “Let’s toast with soda!”
* Sousuke was eating Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) in episode 2. "katsu" is is pronounced the same as the verb 勝つ katsu, meaning “to win” or “to be victorious”.
